Hôtel 2 Février, a towering icon in Togo’s hospitality industry, has been nominated in three prestigious categories at the upcoming World Travel Awards 2025. The luxurious five-star hotel, situated in the heart of Lomé, is in the running for Africa’s Leading Hotel 2025, Africa’s Leading Hotel Residences 2025, and Togo’s Leading Hotel 2025.
Speaking to African Travel Times, Thomas Noll, General Manager of Hôtel 2 Février, emphasised the importance of global visibility: “We aim to position Hôtel 2 Février among the Africa’s top hotels. This year, we’re pushing to gain international exposure by showcasing our hosting capabilities and service excellence.”
He called on the industry to support the hotel by voting, highlighting its status as one of the region’s most renowned establishments and a standout in Africa’s hotel residence category.
Standing at 102 metres, Hôtel 2 Février is not only the tallest building in Togo but also a landmark of national pride.
Hôtel 2 Février features 256 elegantly designed rooms and 64 serviced apartments, offering stunning views of Lomé and the Gulf of Guinea. The features include 32 presidential suites, making it the only hotel in Africa capable of hosting 32 heads of state simultaneously.
On his part, Serge Messan, Sales and Marketing Director of the hotel said event and conference offerings of Hôtel 2 Février are unmatched, with it’s over 3,000 square metres of space; including two amphitheatres and multiple meeting rooms that are capable of hosting up to 1,400 delegates.
