The Four Points by Sheraton Lagos is proud to welcome Chef Wayne Kingsley as its new Executive Chef. Wayne is a well-respected chef in the industry with a track record of delightful meals and creative food presentations. He is a culinary expert with over 35 years of practice in five-star environments and different continents.
Wayne has been instrumental in creating unforgettable culinary experiences in the hospitality industry with national recognitions to show his expertise. He has served in different quarters; from De Vere Park Hotel London, Migration Luxury Tented Camp Serengeti, Blues Restaurant Zanzibar, Soho hotel and Casino – Sun City Resort, Radisson Blu Waterfront, to cooking for various celebrities like Christopher Lambert, King Zwelithini – the Prime Minister of France, amongst others.

His focus will be on nutrition & wellness in line with international standards, implementing a chef development plan within our business, and identifying areas for quality improvement to achieve the best quality and excellence at the operations level.
