Nigeria: International Flights Resume August 29 – Aviation Minister
The Federal Government of Nigeria has announced the resumption of international flight effective August 29th, 2020.
The Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika announced this yesterday 17th of August 2020 on his Twitter handle stating that the flight will commence with Nnamdi Azikwe International airport, Abuja and Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos respectively.
He however said that protocols and procedures for the resumption of flight will be announced in due course.
In his words, Sirika said, “Glad to announce the resumption of international flights from the 29th of August, 2020.
“Beginning with Lagos and Abuja as we did with the domestic flight resumption.
“Protocols and procedures will be announced in due course. We thank you for your patience”
