The Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, on Thursday, held a strategic engagement with key stakeholders in the tourism and hospitality sector to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for residents and visitors throughout the festive season.
Speaking during the engagement session held at Lagos Continental Hotel, Victoria Island, the Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Toke Benson-Awoyinka, emphasised the importance of collaboration among hoteliers, event planners, entertainment operators, and security agencies.
She explained that the initiative is part of the state government’s commitment to promoting a safe, vibrant, and tourism-friendly environment, especially as Lagos prepares for increased economic and social activities in December.
